I am looking at some speakers on ebay that show the "dome" or the middle of the speaker pushed in. Any idea if this will affect the sound at all? If yes, any idea if Paradigm has speakers available for 10 to 15 year old speakers?

That usually depends on the driver. Tweeters really need to be blemish free to operate properly, but the dust cap on a mid/woof? Depends on the size.

In my experience, Paradigm is a great company to call on for service. Give them a call and ask them...they should be able to give you the part number and a reputable repair shop closest to you.
