nfaguys Desperado Registered: 04/09/05 Posts: 500 Loc: Maine	Friend calls and tells me he recently got a HDTV. Not sure what kind. Tells me that HDTVs all need to be calibrated by tech with instruments. Anybody know if true. gonk Desperado Registered: 03/21/01 Posts: 14054 Loc: Memphis, TN USA	Professional ISF calibration is not a bad thing, but I wouldn't call it necessary - it's more of a final tweak to get the last few percent of performance out of the display.
