I'd recommend HiFi Remote , although Remote Central might also help. Unfortunately, a quick check of HiFi Remote didn't uncover anything right off the bat (0320 might be worth a try, or 0059, or may be even 0156, 0178, or 0166 -- but none are listed as CD codes).
