I'm in the Market for a new Reciever and I'm leaning towards Denon.
My question is: Which is the better receiver, the Denon 3802 (seems more popular) or the Outlaw 1050

Are there any significant differences?

Thanks in advance

Well right off the top the biggest difference in Canada is about $2000 CAD. I haven't listened to the Denon but.... I seriously don't think for the extra money I would hear a greater difference of equal return.
I am very pleased with the quality of sound and build of my Outlaw.

The 3802 offers more features (DPL2, primarily, but also some things like component video switching), but the general opinion around here is that it's hard to argue with the build quality and excellent audio quality that the 1050 offers.
