finished the fabrication of the mounting baffle,for those interested.still alot of work smoothing the inner,the outer(the sub will 'rise out of the box') will be 'capped'

this really has come out abolutely beautiful!i've probably got about 20 hours in the fabrication.not to mention the kerosene,beer, and cigs while stuff cured.

took this to my jl dealer(boxes must be pre-approved for warranty).he said(tongue in cheek) i didn't have enough braces,the binding post where too small,preferred polyfill(that's when i joined in on the laugh) and i had improper beer!
he wants coors light!
