I'm not sure where you're located, but when I got my 950/7100 combo, at first I went with ground, thinking I could be patient, but at the last minute opted for overnight.

Well, it turns out that Outlaw has some kind of shipping facility about 60 miles from me (Los Angeles area), so I got charged overnight delivery charges ($161 total for everything I ordered), for packages that would have made it to me overnight even if I had stuck with the ground option!

It would have been nice to know that Outlaw ships from locations other than Massachusetts up front.
