A buddy of mine has the Ref 7's, RC7 and RB5's. He powers them with over 200 watts per channel of Parasound solid state ampage. They sound excellent at low volume or high volume.

Thanks again for the input guys. I guess I have to either take the risk with the in walls, or go to a lot of trouble, and build in teh RS35's to look good in the room. I'm safer with the 35's, but it will be lot of work. I would have o blend, two on to the walls, and two into the ceiling. I have some ideas for treatments, but it will be labor intense,...

Since Outlaw’s ICBM does not manage high frequencies, are there active crossovers that you would recommend for dealing with tweeter and mid / woofer in active bi-amp configuration?

Thanks.

This is one of the most-used crossovers. There are other ones made by Behringer (sp?) and other manufacturers that will also work well.

hey soundhound...sounds like your running a pair of Klipschorns right? My parents bought a pair in 1972. rocked the neighborhood. I've got the Cornwall 2 set with bipolars & center Klipche as well. Running the 7100 gives all the sound I can use. Does your bi amp system work really well like my bi amped Zapco car stereo?
