I plan on upgrading my system to the Outlaw 950/770 combo but am undecided on which speakers to choose. I've narrowed it down to either Paradigm, Audio Monitor(Silver 6 towers etc)but I am leaning towards Axiom's line(the Outlaw's of the speaker world)-M80, VP150C, QS8 surrounds combo. I really like what I read about them and they are a great value. My question is which sub?-it would be easier/cheaper to go with the Axiom EP-350(part of the package price) if it performs well enough or since I've read great things about SVS, is it worth it to upgrade to the PB2-ISD?

Any input would be much appreciated

Thanks in advance

I own the 950, a Parasound HCA855a amp (85X5), the M80s, QS-8s, and the VP150. I bought the speakers in the "outlet store" at the Axiom site (slightly blemished??? They look perfect!) Amie gave me an additional 5% off the already lower outlet price for buying the set, even without the sub. My sub is the SVS 16-46PCi. I honestly feel that the SVS and the Behringer DSP1124 parametric EQ make the biggest difference in my system. Whatever the sub, get the BFD to tame the room response!
