Looking to up grade to seperates & want to start with the amp first. In my price range it would be the 755 or Parasound HCA2205AT I have heard great things about each would like your help. Will use my Denon AVR2802 for now.

I can only say, I have similiar speakers, Mirage OM9's, OMC2 and an OM200. I use the Outlaw 755 to power them with my Pioneer 811 acting as a prepro. There is an an ICBM between the Pioneer and the 755. Bottom line is I love the sound of the 755 with the Mirage speakers. As you would expect there was a definite improvment to their sound after adding the 755. It seemed to open them up even more then normal. Now you might get just as much improvement or more from the Parasound. I can't comment on that.

I've used and enjoyed my Outlaw 750 for several years now, and so would readily recommend the 755. The Parasound 2205 is reportedly also an excellent amp, although unless you're buying one used it's likely to be more expensive than the 755. If you haven't done so already, poking around Audioreview might help you decide. There's a review of the Outlaw 200 that compares it to the 2205 and prefers the Outlaw -- while the 200 and 755 are different designs, the people who have used 200's and the 755 or 770 have indicated that there is no appreciable difference in sound between the Outlaw amps.
