Outlaw historically hasn't attended CES. I think this is due to their sales model, which bypasses retails. Since one of the primary goals of CES is to show off one's wares to retailers, Outlaw would gain reduced benefit.
I know they do the Home Entertainment Show (I met a few of the Outlaws a couple of years ago there), which is directed towards end customers more than towards retailers. They probably do other shows like that one.
Press coverage is great at CES, of course. But then, there's press coverage elsewhere, too.
