People forget that Pioneer brpught those into existence. I know people that think Sony did it. But then again, most zombies think Sony was the first to the gate with everything.

I can't say I miss laserdiscs, but being over 20 years old, their technology was pretty damn good for all those years. Their prices is obviously what kept it from going mainstream. Weren't they like $80.00?
