I ordered the 950/755 combo Friday morning Aug 29th, and asked for "overnight" shipping by DHL.....it is now Sunday, Sept 7th (10 days later), and after 2 or 3 messages in for a verification of my order ( a receipt..something...)I have not heard back. Is this normal?? I figured even with the holiday last Monday, I should of had it by now. I don't even know what's going on with my order yet. Should I be unhappy???(I am)Just from reading past posts, it sounds like most people got their equipment faster than they expected......Does this sound normal? I figure at this point I should forget about "overnight" shipping, but have already paid a lot extra for it....seems like a waste now......

This sounds VERY unusual. Based on my experience and postings here in the forum, orders usually arrive in 2-3 days when ordered WITHOUT overnight delivery.

I think a phone call to Outlaw is in order. I'm sure they'll resolve things to your satisfaction. Their customer support is first rate.

At a minimum, you should have your DHL fee reimbursed.

I heard from Jeff today. A computer problem - virus must have hit the Outlaws that day, and my order was l.o.s.t.......They are taking good care of me for the inconvenience.......no complaints, very nice ( as I expected...)
just wish I could be rockin' out by now....
ah well, a few more days now......
Just got a Denon DVD3800 too from eCost, reconditioned, relatively cheap, and I am so impressed with this player I am dying to hook it up to the 950/755 combo (using an old Fosgate 4100 amp for rear channels...a killer amp...)I am an excitable boy....as Warren Zevon might say....I will miss his special brand of music....
sorry for going off into a tangent......
anyway, great service from the Outlaws....what else is new????
