Anyone solved the problem of having components behind doors (And as much as I will want to look at my aquisitions), it's a better solution here to be able to operate everything with the doors closed. Any best choice solutions for I/R reception under such conditions?
FYI after help from this community, and a days worth of measuring and testing circuits (2 isolated 20A lines inside the cabinets...what a happy momnet that was) I'm ordering the 950/770 and am drooling already.

I have all my components away in a closet out of sight. I use a Xantech remote extender that works quite well. It was only like $115 or so. There are numerous other systems on the market like Niles and Leviton but they are quite a bit more expensive and I believe that Xantech is the OEM for some of there components. Also as an added bonus the 950 actually has an IR remote jack on the rear panel that will accept a 1/8 mono-miniplug straight from the extender to it for a very clean look. Do a search on the internet for them because the prices vary quite a bit.
