The 1050 uses high performance 96kHz/24 bit digital-to-analog converters
manufactured by AKM Semiconductors, a leading manufacturer of DACS for both
consumer and professional applications. The DAC design includes 128x
over-sampling and a 24 bit/8x digital filter.
