Outlaw has said that you can stack as many as 3 Model 200's on top of each other. The Panamax should weigh less than a 200, so from the weight standpoint there isn't a problem. The only thing I can think of is that you may want to look at the height of the gap between the top 200 and the Panamax -- the Panamax will probably have shorter feet than a 200, so the top 200 will have a little less ventilation on top. A little discrete "jacking up" of the Panamax wouldn't hurt if the gap is significantly smaller.
