Leave the spell checker at home. All the copy editors I ever worked with told me I was one of the few writers they edited that could actually spell correctly.

NOT being able to spell is almost a sign of writing professionalism.

PS -- I did my little "Why Can't The English" parody just for you. I thought the Eliza schtick was great.
