The output tubes look to be the standard EL-34 types that are widely available and cheap. The 6GH8A input tube is still available, but I don't think they are being made currently. The rectifier tube is probably the same 5AR4, and that is also available, being made in Russia. If you decide to go with it, I would buy some replacements to last you for a few years. Maybe 4 or 5 more sets. Otherwise, I see no reason not to go for it.
