I was thinking that Outlaw should come out with an optional 1050 version. Say the 1050A. That version would have a different DSP that could handle all of the formats that the 950 can. This would simply be a different PC Board that would go in the 1050. Not sure what all is on that PCB, but if the DACs are on it that upgrade board might have better DACs as well. Finally, if the Zoran DSP controls the user interface, it would be nice to allow one to set the xover frequencies for each speaker group.

If Outlaw did this, it would be great if they would sell the upgrade board to 1050 owners, or at least offer an upgrade deal so owners could send in their 1050s for the new board.
