Is anyone aware of a universal learning remote that can control RF and IR equipment?

Logitech Harmony is what I'm using.

The Harmony 890 and a significant number of Universal remotes (the MX-350 , MX-600 , MX-650 , MX-800 , MX-850 , MX-900 , MX-950 , MX-3000 , URC-100 , URC-200 , and URC-300 ) will send RF to an IR repeater. The URC's are a more economical product than the MX's, although some of the older MX's (MX-600, MX-800) can probably be had for a good price online. I don't know if any of those will control RF devices directly or not, as both companies have their RF set up to go to a matching IR repeater.
