I just got my LFM-1Plus from FedEx.
The sub is all black except the top.
It's like a gray swirl.
What's with that?

Assuming it's like the other Outlaw subs, there's a protective paper coating you have to peel off to expose the glossy black acrylic top. Though with my LFM-2, the paper coating was brown.

Exactly, my guess is it is a protective coating that peels off, it was not easy to get off though.

About 20 min after posting this thread I was moving the sub and noticed that part of it was pealing off the corner. Sure enough, it was a protective covering with a glossy piano black surface under it.
