It's about time for me to decide on a 7500 to power my Center/L&R surrounds, and I notice there are B-stocks available for a $280 savings vs. A-stock (shipped).
Just what kind of cosmetic blemishes should I expect?

I'll weigh in here and say that I've heard lots of reports of B-stock units that were either unblemished or had blemishes that were very hard to find. That being said, I don't think I've seen anything that was a very systematic poll of B-stock owners. It would be useful to know what sort of range of experiences people have had with B-stock.
