hi all,
Thanks for any input. I have the 7500 am that I am currently only running in 2 channel stereo. I am using the Marantz 7005 for the pre/pro. I also have a LFM1-ex. My speakers are Bowers and Wilkins CM9s. Since I am only using 2 out of the 5 channels on that killer amp, would I notice improvement in sound by bi-amping the B&W CM9s? They sound great as they are, just wondering if I am missing out on something better.
Thanks for the help!
Best,
Nathan

You would be able to pump more power into the speakers so yes I think you will hear a difference. Be careful you follow B&Ws recommendations for the connections so you don't damage them.

I really doubt you will hear much difference, that is not true bi-amping.

I think he wants to use another two channels of his 7500 to bi-amp his B&W's. That really would be bi-amping since the 7500 has five separate amps each capable of 200 watts.
