990 Registration

I received my 990/7125 3-4 weeks ago and while I was going over some paperwork that accumulated since the holidays realized that it appears I did not get any registration material.

Is there somewhere on the site I can go to register my equipment? Does it need to be registered or is that automatically done when purchasing?
