Help! trying to change the current time on my profile

and this is what keeps popping up every time I try and change anything in my profile.

The form you submitted appears to be incomplete! You did not complete: Type "OUTLAW" in this field to register.

what the heck is going on here? I am signed in and registered... and all i want to do is set my clock to -8
