Do you offer installer prices? I know these are only sold through this website but what incentive do installers have to use your product if they don't make any money on it?

I'd suggest calling Outlaw directly on that issue, but I can offer a guess as to at least part of their answer - their target market is the people who can't afford to go through custom installers and who are setting things up by themselves, so they have historically not been looking to pursue the installer market.

Outlaw's model means to eliminate the middle man, hence their nice prices. For the price Outlaw is asking for their product line, any installer could buy and mark it up 20% and it would still be a great deal for their customer. If the customer knows what is and is not a good price, then there's virtually no way they'd be letting the installer sell them the equipment anyway.

Want an installer discount? Just buy a bunch of ATI faceplates. 8-)

I say, I say...it was a joke son.

Actually its real simple. Purchase the product in bulk from Outlaw.

Price it as an installed package with labor in it.

No one need be ripped off. Throw in some other products with high margin like CABLE.

I believe Outlaw has a great volume discount starting at only 18 units. Write them and I'm sure they will debrief you as to what is available.
