Has anyone ever heard of these? http://www.eclipse-td.com/e01_top/index.html When I saw them my first reaction was these would freak people out if we were watching War Of The Worlds...........lol. I have no Idea how they sound but they do look cool. Just thought I'd share.

pretty inefficient speakers.i don't know if it's the same company,but eclipse makes some mighty pricey,mighty over-rated head units for the car.fujitsu(ten???) was the parent company.will admit the speakers look cool.
