Last I heard, they were apparently running into problems with parts availability. I don't know when it'll be shipping, but the December newsletter had this to say:

thanks Gonk, the only reason I brought it up was I know I've seen it ina ads for a few months now. And for the same price as a 950, it seems like quite a bargan for a 7ch amp.
