unbalanced sound thru 1050 tuner

unbalanced sound thru 1050 tuner - 01/30/03 10:42 AM

For some reason every stereo FM station I listen to has minimal output through the right channel compared to the left one (this is in 2 channel stereo mode). It's certainly not a reception thing because EVERY station does it consistently. I know it's not a speaker/calibration problem because all my other input sources play perfectly. Even if I switch the 1050 over to FM mono mode it is still seriously unbalanced.

Has anyone else had a problem like this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I'd give Outlaw a call on that one. Could be a defect with the tuner.

I have the same problem. in radio, i need to put about 3-5 to the right side to be balanced.
