Just in case anyone can use it I just uploaded a device file for the 1050 to remotecentral. Not sure how long it take for them to post it. But in case anyone ends up looking for one like I did it will now exist!

Thanks. Did you load all of the commands? I found that the 1050 had a lot of codes, especially regarding setup that I felt would not be useful on the 700 so I never bothered having the 700 learning them all. However, every once in a while there is a command I feel would be useful that I didn't bother with originally (e.g. Night Mode) so having a complete set could be useful.

no I didn't do those but have always found using the original remote and manual have worked better for me. This is my first time using the MX-700 and perhaps after I get a better grasp of programming it I can update the file.

New TV arrives Wednesday Mitsu WS-65813 so will get alot of practice adding it to my system.
