The warranty is for 5 years as well, but I doubt you'll find better customer support anywhere in the industry. That's worth way more than just print on paper in my book.

ok, thanks Bill. that is a great warranty. ATI only offers a warranty to 7 years, if you buy the extended warranty. i hope Outlaw has great customer servic, i am wondering now. i asked them from two classifications now (by email) about warranty and for the last year no one replied. that is why i asked in the forum. they may be too busy for prospective buyers, dunno.

Outlaw's customer service group is out of the office this week -- Home Entertainment Expo in San Francisco. That's why e-mail responses would be slow this week.

I can't imagine why they wouldn't be responding to you unless maybe you are emailing the wrong address somehow. Pick up the phone next week and dial 1-866-688-5292 and you can talk directly to Mike or Scott. I'm sure you'll be pleased when you hang up.

Better yet, you'll probably be a customer by then.

I'm not going to ask "how home theater can be affordable". I know! That's why I'm here. Well, that's 1/4 of the reason. The rest is quality, performance and customer service.

Don't know for sure, but I think if the information can be found on the Outlaw Web Page they will not respond directly to you. I initially had a question about how hot the 770 amp runs and they never responded, but there were many threads about this topic so I concluded they felt I should read them for my answer. However when I had a specfic question regarding their bass management they responded immediately.
